Kim has been a Brookville resident since 1975. She began her career with the City of Brookville as a 911 dispatcher in 1991. After the Brookville dispatch center dissolved in 1999, Kim moved to the Finance Department and assumed the role of Deputy Clerk, where her duties included employee payroll and finance. Kim was appointed Clerk of Council in 2020, and now holds a dual role in both the finance and legislative departments.
