Jack has been the city manager of Brookville since the beginning of 2024. Prior to coming to Brookville, Jack served as the Director of Development for the city of Clayton from 2016 until 2023. He also worked for Harrison and Washington Townships, after graduating from Wright State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Urban Affairs in 2000. Jack grew up in northwest Dayton, graduated from Chaminade Julienne High School in 1995, and has been a lifelong resident of Montgomery County. He presently sits on the Ohio City/County Management Association, the Montgomery County Convention Facilities Authority Board of Directors, the Montgomery County Planning Commission (Vice-Chair, 2026) and the County Corp Board of Trustees, serving as the chairperson of the County Corp Executive Committee from 2023-2024. He has previously served on the Brunner Literacy Center Board of Directors, Montgomery County Environmental Crimes Task Force, Montgomery County Vacant Properties Forum, Our Lady of Mercy Education Commission and the Interim Advisory School Board for Our Lady of Mercy and Queen of Martyrs parishes. Kuntz has been named by Ohio Magazine as one of the Top 500 “Most Influential” individuals in Ohio annually from 2022-2025.
